David is a chartered accountant and joined Jerroms Corporate Finance from Aston Lark, Hazlewoods and Watersheds where he acquired a wealth of experience in acquisitions disposals, MBO, MBI and fundraising in SMEs and owner managed businesses across the Midlands, East Anglia and home counties. Prior to specialising in corporate finance, David held Finance Director and senior finance roles in SMEs and large companies in many sectors and has completed several private equity and merger transactions.
Outside of work David enjoys all sports, travel, history and wine having started his career in the wine industry.
Jodie is FCCA qualified and joins Jerroms Corporate Finance having worked within the Jerroms Group for over 20 years, supporting clients with audit and accounts advisory services.
Jodie has extensive knowledge and experience in supporting mid-market and owner-managed businesses.
Ross Davis joins Jerroms Corporate Finance having previously worked at Blue Sky Corporate Finance and ISO Quality Services.
As Associate Ross is involved in all aspects of Corporate Finance.
Ross plays a key role in facilitating research for corporate finance projects; managing the Jerroms Corporate Finance Investor portal and is involved in the preparation of financial modelling, business plans and information memorandums for perspective clients.
Sharon Adey has 25 years B2B marketing experience targeting Start-Ups, SMEs and larger multi-national companies and has a proven track record in the effective planning and execution of marketing activities utilising the whole spectrum of the marketing mix.
Specialities: Marketing planning, project management, budget management, branding, exhibitions, design & print, copy writing, PR, websites, email marketing, social media and SEO.
